Eat or no eat

I struggle with jumping too far too quickly. Im all in or all out. And now im all in, but i find myself not eating enough calories.... Weird huh? I get weak and dizzy and i wont actually lose weight. So the question is eat or no eat?

    Make small changes everyday and you will find it easier to stick with it in the long run. Use the Nutrition Tracker to enter the food you eat everyday and you will be able to tell if you have enough to eat or not.
