Hi sparkies,

I hadn't logged in a while but I am doing well and "my head is still in the game".(meaning, I am still actively in the journey to weight loss)

I have been eating healthy but I am plateau on the scale as at last night.

A little unstable hormonally but I know it's TOM and I will soon be out. I really need all the encouragement I can get right now to get back into working out consistently. I typically wake up late these days because of unexplained insomnia, I am up at night through the morning and sleep comes when I am supposed to be up which is around 5am. If I don't get just that one hour, I end up catching an afternoon nap in the office, this I detest a lot.

I have tried planning my time but life keeps getting in my way. I hope to overcome this as soon as I can.
