Yesterday was a good day. Got a 3 mile walk in and did my T25. It was speed 2.0 and I tried to not modify much. I'm feeling it in my legs today walking a little slow!
Today I slept in since I didn't fall asleep until about 2 am. I'm planning on doing my T25 for lunch today which will be rip't circuit. I'm also trying to decide if I should go for a wog (walk/jog) or go to Zumba later. I know it'll be early to bed tonight for sure for me! What are your plans for activity today?
