Anybody out there like me?

I really struggle with this stuff. I know what to do to get healthier, but continue to make less than optimal choices. Anybody got any proven hints/tips?

    I am now retired and have no schedule. I sometimes think each day is Sunday and I always hated Well, I am on my last try for the healthy life. I am soon to be 69 and have tried this many times before. But, I think I have it this time. I love this app and also I was no unhappy before I started. If I quit where do I have to go.......

    My success has been from collecting Spark points in the morning and tracking my food. I try to do the entire day in the morning (more points) and allow for changes during the day.

    My final thought is, my husband said, "What are going to do end up skinny" my thought was I don't know what I will end up as I will never be finished this is a healthy lifestyle.

    I do too! I am generally good when I have a schedule - like at work - weekends are tough
