First day of August and somethings got to give....

Goals I'm going to focus on this month:
1. Take more time for myself.
2. Stop stressing over things I have no control over.
3. Start taking better care of myself instead of worrying about the job or the family. (Two of the things I have no control over.)
4. Keep up with drinking more water.
5. Work on controlling the cravings.
....I could go on and on. These are the most important.
Had a doctor, follow up visit today for my blood pressure. Of course it had to be on a day when I blew up at work at a co-worker.
Working all the overtime has been getting to me. Think I may take a week and NOT work the overtime. Not worry about trying to get my desk cleared every day, cause it won't happen anyway. And I'll get no help from anyone.
I won't EVEN mention the studying.
Maybe I'll be able to turn the negative into the positive along the way. Peace and Blessings.
