Packing Healthy Food

On the way out the door for a real estate group meeting. Instead of eating crap there, am bringing chicken breast, tomatoes, almonds, & pumpkin flax seed mini-muffins. Gotta run, but wanted a quick 3 points for blogging to make 100 Spark Points for the day!

    I work in health care and it still boggles me that all our meetingsite are filled with junk food We should know better! Kudos to you for keeping it healthy 😎

    LOL to racking up the Spark points! That sounds like a perfect lunch to have on the go! When I was taking college classes a few years ago, I packed for my entire day and it was so wonderful! I was never hungry or tempted to hit the cafeteria for junky food.
