Re-Dedicating & A Goal Met

I gave myself the weekend to eat it like I stole it. I felt so full I felt ill each night when I went to bed. But today, August 1st, 2017. I'm going to re-dedicate myself to eating well and tracking everything. The evenings will be the hardest: when I'm stuck at home with the husband I no longer want to be with.
This morning I weighed in at 175.4, more than 15 lbs from the goal weight I hit almost 4 years ago. I will take my time and I will take at least some of this weight off. My focus right now is the first 5 lbs.
Also, I'm celebrating a victory today. One year ago today I made a promise to myself to hit a minimum of 8,000 steps every day for a full year, and I've done that, surpassing it many days. In fact, over the last 365 days I've averaged 10,047 steps a day. I did it!!!
