Moving forward

Hello friends. I'm back again for what seems like too many times to count. I have put on a crazy amount of weight. It's pretty sad after all the hard work I did to lose it in the first place. I am trying to get back on the wagon. I have become hopelessly addicted to the vending machine at work since they put in a card reader. So this week I am "detoxing" from the vending machine. I always want a certain salty snack out of the machine, but then I also end up wanting something sweet to go with it, but not a candy bar....I want pastries....it ends up being something very high in calories. I got to thinking that if I brought in the salty snack I like I wouldn't have to go to the machine to get it and therefore wouldn't see the sweets and want them. So that's what I did. I just bought a bag of them, portioned them out and have been bringing one serving to work. I also packed grapes as my sweet treat because I thought that would be enough. So far so good. I haven't been able to go a day without getting into the vending machine in several months. That is CRAZY. I used to have so much self control. Geez. Also, I am drinking more water which will help me tremendously. Thank you so much for listening. I will get this under control.
