New month new goals

Good morning! My first blog ever on SparkPeople. Since it's a new month I have set some new goals for myself. My first goal is to make better food choices and learn portion sizes. My second goal is to complete T25 beta round. I've attempted this several times and failed, I can for some reason only make it to week 3 and give up. It's a 5 week program so I'm going to push myself to overcome mental barriers! I'm currently only using 2lb weights for that program as well and I'm going to push myself to 3 & 5lbs weights. I'm currently in a summer weight loss challenge that started June 5th and ends Sept 1st. We weigh in biweekly and as of this past Friday I was down a total of -9.6lbs. I fluctuate daily anywhere from 3-6lbs. I'm ready to be back to onederland! I'm also looking to get my A1C down! Let's do this!!!
