I mapped my goals today...yes, on a calendar. Get this, a PAPER calendar, and marked each Tuesday with a weekly weight loss goal as well as an "actual" loss listing. If I can manage two pounds a week until Christmas, I will look to be in the "average" zone, with a technical need to lose 20 to 30 more pounds. (I'd be at the high end of my weight range). The good? It's possible and not asking too much. The bad? Won't help my case for hottie of the month...he'll be seeking someone else come December. In the meantime I will have about twenty weeks to look forward to him being his newly aloof self and acting like he could care less if he knows me. Oh well. Such is life. Hottie number two, where are you? 😝
