Tracking for change

I'm doing great on calories. On days I eat a little too much the exercising calories burned more than covers. Either way though, tracking what I'm eating not only helps motivate exercising but also teaches how nutrition can be changed for the better. I need to work on less fats and more protein. What are you learning from your daily tracking?

    Ive been tracking all week and it really helpse figure out whats worth eating and what i can let go of to save some cals not to mention keeping me accountable for what im putting in my mouth.
