Time to Set New Goals

Ok, I've been Sparking for a little over a month now. When I started this journey, I set some goals. As I look at the outcome of those goals so far, I see that it is time to change a few.
My #1 goal was to walk 3 miles a day x 7. Well, I did that for a while, but decided I should really take a day off once a week. So I did and now I've outrun my goal
well, I'm in the process of upgrading my goal. I will still take a day off, but will have to
to make my new goal. Wishing all a happy sparkly day.
Remember to check out your goals occasionally so you won't outrun them as I did.
