So this is my final week to bring it with the goal being to hit 2000 workout minutes.
7/24: AM 30-min ride w/HIIT
7/25: AM 45-min arms & intervals ride/PM 65-min intervals & heavy climbs ride
7/26: 45-min run/walk intervals/PM 30-min yoga
7/28: AM 30-min tabata ride/PM 45-min low impact ride
7/29: 75-min ride
7/30: rest/active recovery
Add in some light hikes + delicious healthy eats + restful sleep + lotsa laughs + positive vibes = an awesome week.
