Down 1/2 lb. and feeling stronger!

Hi Glad I am still moving off of my plateau - 7.5 lbs. to go! Looking forward to going down a size in slacks. But any downward trend on the scale would be great! I do notice my exercise tees no longer show a bulge above the waist and in the back. I am feeling stronger, especially in the legs, and have more endurance to fast walk and bike up those "inclines". I can do modified planks for up to a minute! Was working onmodified push-ups but somehow have a pain in my right rotator cuff area.Took it easy on arm exercise for two weeks - still the pain. Saw the doc and got prescript Alleve and print outs of some exercises for this condition. Some sximilar to regular exercises I'd been doing. Went to smaller weights 0 3 lbs. and less reps on right arm and notice that is some work after being off for two weeks. But at least it's starting up again.
Nice, but don't care if anyone reads this. Writing it out maeks me more aware of whst I am doing and how thigns are going. Best wishes to all!
