Short...hopefully.,...tonight as I'm supposed to be studying.
Studying is going better, at least.
One of our "boarders" was kicked out last week, so it's a bit quieter. Thankfully, DH has settled down and isn't nagging me so much about the weight, cause between him nagging about my weight and nagging about this test, it's been REALLY hard not to say, "Screw this!!" and walk out! (Hoping Sparks doesn't mind)
Still not losing, but it's not, yet it is, priority, if you know what I mean. I do my best to get as much movement in each day, excepting for today. I do my best to eat only whole foods and stay away from processed. (Hard to do with my family around)
And doing my level best to drink enough water each and every day. I start out every morning with 24 oz, cause I have to with my thyroid medication. Then keep a tall glass of water near me the rest of the day. Sip as much as I'm able, with being on the telephone all day, it's harder than you think.
Thinking about trying lemon water with pineapple juice in mixed in at least once a day. Supposed to cleanse your body. Certainly couldn't hurt.
Anyway, other than still being swamped at work...sometimes working 12 hour days...and coming home to a very messy, smelly house every day, I'm doing a bit better than I had been. Not giving up. I'm working it as much as I'm able so it will "eventually" start working for me.
