I love, love, LOVE this dress:

Does anyone have any experience ordering from Rotita?

I order from Cleo on-line all the time (and from other places for other purposes), but in this case I can return/exchange things at the local store if they don't fit right.

I really like on-line shopping, and have not had any bad experiences... no wait, my first experience ten years ago... learned MUCH from that one (mostly, do your research)! I like that I have so much more choice on-line and can get unusual/original items/products to which I don't otherwise have access, for usually much less money... even including shipping (just read the fine print).

I'd like to order clothes occasionally, but from my experience with Cleo, fit may be an issue more likely than not, and so customer service and return policies have to be EXCELLENT.

Any other good experiences ordering clothing on-line? Any to stay away from?

    I have read bad things about Rotita and a few other on-line retailers that advertise on Spark. I've had good luck with Modcloth, J Jill, Blue Fish, and some items from "Last Chance" Newman Marcus. I have had some good things from Etsy.

    Love the outfits; but, no experience with the companies. And, I rarely shop online. I guess I'm an ol' dinosaur. I prefer to go to the store.

    I have had no experience with the company that you're asking about, but buyer BEWARE!!! The reason I say that is because I never had any problem with what I sent back, for whatever the reason was, but now, all the places that I have dealt with, yes past tense, started keeping part of the money for a restocking fee and it was a pretty penny. Now, as long as I was exchanging it for something else they didn't charge the fee, but if I just sent it back, I got socked with shipping, handling, and a restocking fee. So read your fine print ladies!

    Oh, by the way, both outfits SMASHING!!!!

    I love your quote. I was just thinking today that if the fitting room attendant didn't come with the key I was going to strip down right there and try on the pants in my hand. I'm pretty sure that would get me kicked out of WalMart, and I'm certainly sure that I wouldn't have actually done it - but the thought was there.

    I ordered a swimsuit from Rotita. It took a long time (almost 3 weeks, I'm spoiled by Amazon so even though it wasn't really a long time it felt like it). The swimsuit was in good condition and fits as well as I expected so I didn't have to send it back. I'm debating 3 blouses that I really like through them. They say on the site that they do exchanges, but you never really know until you try. If I decide I can justify the expense of the blouses I will let you know how that order goes. If you get up the courage to order first, please let me know how it goes.
