Some days just suck!

Well I made it to the gym today. My great revelation for today:

Some days just suck!

For the first time in a long time, I didn't finish a work out. I got half way through it and had to stop. It's been a couple of weeks since I worked out in the heat and I'm withdrawing from alcohol. So....I stopped about 20 minutes into the workout. I'm okay with that, because at least I showed up today. It's Thursday and it was my first day at the gym. I know tomorrow will be better. Today was day 4 with no alcohol and tomorrow will be day 5. It will get better, but today just sucked.

Oh! I'm in my calorie range for today though...so at least that was good.
