Day one of the main event that brought us here. So while breakfast was ok (cereal, milk, and a protein shake) lunch was simply a banana and a second protein shake. Dinner was a bit better (chicken and broccoli with pasta and a light cheese sauce. With coffee).
15-20 glasses of water a day to help combat altitude sickness. And I am allowing myself a caffeine increase to help with the headaches.
Still walking about 6-8 mi a day and once again I am struggling to make my cal goal. I am 80 off (even after counting the water flavor packets of 5-10 cal each per bottle of water).
