Discipline is hard work!

For 2 years and some change I was very disciplined. I hit the gym, no excuses. I watched my diet and stuck to one cheat day a week. Then work got in the way and I started to let things slip. I stopped being consistent at the gym, I stopped being strict with my diet, and I started drinking a lot more (I already liked my beer too much as it was).

What I have learned from this is:
1. I can't eat a processed food diet. I feel like crap and my body hates carbs and sugar.
2. My restless leg syndrome is controlled by my diet and exercise.

What I'm going to do about it:
Suck it up and get back to the gym and start cleaning up my diet again.
