Did'nt meet my date for goal weight

Wednesday, July 19, 2017

Well, I may have set my goals a bit too high. I wanted to lose 18 lbs in 9 weeks, an average of 2 lbs per week. I have lost 13 lbs in 9 weeks and have given myself 4 more weeks to meet my final goal weight and then come up with a plan for maintaining my weight loss. Still going strong. Logging everything, walking 9 miles daily. I don't think that I am eating enough though. I am always under my low range calorie goal by atleast 800 calories everyday. I am not starving, just trying to eat healthy. Have a great day everyone.

some days I have a tough time hitting my calorie range. I'll add in some calorie dense, healthy foods. Avocado is a favorite. Or some almonds, or peanut butter.

I'm sure you know that the less you have to lose, the tougher it is.

    Congrats on your success!

I think setting goals too high is good, because it makes you work harder. Two pounds a week is not an unrealistic goal, and 13 lbs. lost is AWESOME!

ETA: 9 miles a day! Wow. I'm doing good to get in 2-3. One day,
