I did a bear crawl in my hallway and my BIG Goal Weight

I've been reading on social media that doing a bear crawl is good for getting your mobility back. I don't know about that but I did a bear crawl in my hallway in my underwear. I went up the hall for 20 feet and then went backwards. My son thought it was so awesome that he did a bear crawl in his underwear. LOL!
Today was a struggle for movement. I just didn't feel like I had it in me today.
I decided if I could pick a goal weight, like a weight where I can say I DID IT then I would pick 175. That was my average weight in high school and it was my last lowest weight before I began to gain in college. I haven't been below 197 in the last 16 years.
