7/18: AM 45-min climb ride/PM 45-min adv beg.
7/19: 45-min low impact ride/PM 30-min yoga
7/20: rest
7/21: AM 45-min run/walk intervals/PM 30-min HIIT ride
7/22: 75-min ride
7/23: rest
