Back to the grind....

I ran a 5K yesterday and beat my record by 30 seconds!!! I'm working on getting my endurance back up to speed. I ran/walked 11 miles in 3 days.. but i still feel out of shape. I kind of have a headache today... but I'm gonna go for a walk anyways. I am trying to get cardio in 5x a week.. I already have a hike planned for tomorrow... so if i go today, i'll definitely accomplish my goal...

Oh, i've also added swimming to my cross training too. I've only gone once so far, but i hope to add it to my weekly routine!!!

My goal for next week is to run another 5 miles. :) Then maybe i'll boost it up to 6 the week after that. We'll see. I think I do better having my long runs on Mondays, rather than Fridays. I get lazy on fridays.
