I decided to do it today
I over slept this morning but I exercised after a long break. I walked in place just like a newbie for 10 minutes today and 2 minutes stretching. So funny I had to find myself here, I think that is what happens when you are gone for too long from a healthy habit.
I laid all my workout gears down last night but the alarm didn't sound at 5am, somehow I was 44 minutes late. But nonetheless, I still wore my workout clothes and did something rather than nothing. Small changes coming up.
I am happy to break the jinx today. Journey to great health
