Day 2 travel day

Made it about 650mi just stopped for dinner. As promised my meal choices for the day were...
Breakfast, coffee, 1egg, 1 piece of bacon and a half a piece of french toast (no syrup).
Lunch, chicken strip (broiled), fresh fruit, and banana protein shake.
Dinner, chicken baked with fresh broccoli and a small helping of pasta, large green salad no dressing.
Not bad. Still have to figure out how to get a few more cal to make my 1k goal for the day.
