Still really busy. Still trying to take care of myself in as many ways possible. Eating more salads for lunch. Watching sugar intake. Easier since they've added sugar tracking now. Not really eating quite as much fruit as I had been. Not sure what to believe with all the hubbub about watching the kinds of fruit you eat. Bananas? Really?! And some of the veggies too?
Would figure that it's foods that I like.
Still trying to do as much exercise/movement as possible every day. Today was a good day for that. Made 10,000 steps easily. Hoping tomorrow is just as good.
Really need to talk myself into more ab exercise, more leg exercise. Even if it's just 10 minutes worth, twice a day. Sparkguy's ideas. Just need to put it into practice myself.
