Packing Packing Packing

LoL, i make this trek every year. It is my reset for the year. But always it seems to take so long to pack. To top it off this year our friends who normally head out with ue have decided to leave today not Sat. So for the first 2 days we will be playing catch up. But that also means what ever they forgot we will need to go and pick up. Is ok... I have made room for last min stuff. In one of the other blogs I mentioned I had "forgot to eat" the problem is not that I do not want to eat... I do not have that hormone that tells me I am hungry. So if i am truly busy when my timer goes off to remind me it is time to eat... I forget as I am never hungry. This road trip may help that, as when my other half eats, I will as well. But yes I will be sharing my meal choices each day, this will keep me ontop of my eating. but up front I am lucky to meet the 1000 cal goal my Dr has set for me each day. I can say that SparkPeople has helped me with that. I can show her my daily intake and we can change it or leave it as needed to help control my health issues (I have PCOS and severe neuropathy from the mid back down to my toes.) I am Lucky to not have Diabetes but only because I was born with the direct opposite (hypoglycemia), so my PCOS going undiagnosed for many years actually kept me at a normal level.

Sorry lol prob TMI. But I am trying to distract myself from the thought that I will forget something important.
