Just ran some errands and stopped at the 24 Hour Fitness Club. Was going to cancel - but decided to renew instead. I have not been going the past few months -
My BP is up again - and I know that when I exercise regularly it does bring it down. And I can renew at the same monthly - that I can afford.
So, in order to continue and go regularly am going to schedule 3 days a week to start. Before was going just when I was out and about - and many times would just think that I will go tomorrow. But, tomorrow never comes, so I basically just stopped going.
Now with the daily blogs from SparkGuy, i feel inspired to start going regularly - as I did when I first joined.
