non scale progress!

I feel stronger. point. blank. period. I just feel....strong
I have been doing the same yoga flow for 2 months now. I looked up at the clock and noticed it took me 45 min to do it this time! i held those poses....3x longer than when i started. My mind was clear and I smiled as I enjoyed the moment. I bent down and touched my toes. my toes! lol. It may seem like a small thing to some ppl...but..it has been a while since i have been able to. I wanted to cry. but instead i teared up and smiled. I put my palms together to my chest and whispered..~NAMASTE~ "I love you wendy"
