Flylady said it best: You can do anything for 15 minutes (or 10, or 5). This philosophy fits for exercise, cleaning, studying, writing...whatever you need to start. I find once started, I end up going longer; but, initially I just have to convince myself to get started.
That's why SparkGuy's 10 Minute Challenges work. That's why SparkGuy's Small Challenges work. These teams give you permission to get started. I dare you to start...because before you know it, you'll have yourself convinced to stay at it (whatever it is) longer.
