I try to enter it into the Nutrition Tracker after each meal to keep an eye on things.
I have built up a library of my favorite foods which makes tracking simpler after the initial setup.
For a while I was entering it in the tracker the night before, tweaking as necessary, before eating, then using this as my checklist Menu for the day. Did this when working through Beck pink book on a team in 2015. Haven't gotten that organized yet on my Beck blue book team in progress.
Something I did not realize until 3 or more years on SP was that you can copy meals from earlier recordings which is awesome for me as I eat a lot of the same things.
