So I turn 48 in count 'em, eighty-four (84) days. After giving it some thought, I have a few goals I would like to tackle between now and then:
1.) see a return to my lowest weight to date of 194 (summer of 2013) which at the time was down from 257, my highest (January 2007).
2.) See # 1. Seriously, thaaaat's pretty much it.
January 2014 after I moved 350 miles away for a new job, new life, pretty much new everything--I had regained some of the weight I lost. (Nothing like having your Universe upended and send life into a tailspin, which is putting things mildy.) I have been fluctuating ever since between 220 and 230 and frankly, I am *so* over it.
So there you have it--one goal as a b-day gift to myself and considering how my jeans have been fitting lately, I think I can do this sh*t. I hope you join me.
