Mon: 20 min HIIT ride/45 min live DJ ride

Tue: 60 min intervals & arms ride

Wed: 90 minutes endurance ride

Thu: 30 min low impact ride

Fri: 30 min advanced beg. ride/30 hip hop ride

Sat: Kickaerobix

Sun: chill

Cross training to include--light runs, hikes and other as yet TBD shenanigans. (i.e. kicking it in the sun with a good book, good music or a trip to the movies)
