Finally dealing with New Year's Eve goals.

My goals for myself last New Year's were to get more vegetables and more protein in my diet. I've been doing low carb for the past 3 week and feel like I'm really on the right track. I'm losing weight and feeling confident that I can stick with this long term. I live in a retirement community where A LOT of people are nearly immobile due to their weight creating health problems. That's not how I want to end up, so I'm taking charge now.
