I weighed myself yesterday and for the first time in years I weigh 151.The last couple of months have been a real challenge because now I'm having such a hard time losing Some weeks I go with now weight loss It took me almost 2 months to lose the 2 to 3 pounds. I revamped my exercise and Iam staying within my 1200 to 1500 calorie range. I would like to lose 5 more pounds . That would put me where I need to be in the healthy weight range. Any ideas?
