I weighed myself yesterday and for the first time in years I weigh 151.The last couple of months have been a real challenge because now I'm having such a hard time losing Some weeks I go with now weight loss It took me almost 2 months to lose the 2 to 3 pounds. I revamped my exercise and Iam staying within my 1200 to 1500 calorie range. I would like to lose 5 more pounds . That would put me where I need to be in the healthy weight range. Any ideas?

    I only can offer my admiration that one can daily exercise with 1200 to 1500 kcal food intake. I feel weak when eating less than 1800. Sure my BMI is 36.1, with the exercise regimen I burn daily 600 and more kcal, right now the scale isn’t moving.

    I went through the same thing and was exercising and eating 1200 through 1400 calories a day. I was told I needed to shock my system and increase calories one day and lower them the next. That didn't really work for me. I also tried increasing my cardio reps and more strength training. In retrospect, I should have been more patient. Hang in there!

    I think you are doing great my friend! You are doing all the right things, so I would say be patient with yourself.
