Three More Tidbits

1. I am excited for the 5% challenge to begin. Even though I have yet to meet my 5%, I have been close a few times. These challenges really motivate me and help keep me accountable.
2. When I first started I tried to get 120 minutes a day, 7 days a week. I did lose and got close to onderland. However, this led to my having adrenal fatigue and I ended up gaining. I have struggled losing weight ever since.
3. I am now being more careful on exercise - mainly walking or elliptical. And since I have been diagnosed as leptin resistant I am trying to limit my intake of sugar and flour.
