Feeling Like a Million Bucks!

Every so often it happens to me. For no good reason, I just feel AMAZING! I think that every once in a while, my eating & exercise regime pushes me up to a higher level of health. I've made a serious commitment to eat a low carb, nigh nutrient diet. I run/walk/hike/bike/kayak every day. I swim on occasion and I lift weights once in a while.
It's paying off! My energy level is high, my moods in positive, and I'm handling my stress levels well.
I still have to deal with Type II Diabetes. I'm still 61, and I have plenty of aches and pains and woes. Who doesn't?
The good life is a process, not a destination. When you love life, it will love you back, and keep getting better.
