Today, I caught up on my sleep, about time.
Slept from 4pm Monday to 4 pm today. Had
taken my fitbit off to charge it, ended up
forgetting to put it back on, so no record of it.

Today, I did my 5 min. on the recumbent.
Doesn't hurt but I don't have much strength
yet.

Going to try out Halo Top chocolate. so many
people are praising it in the feed.

Day 4:
1. SP coach, daily ... done
4 Challenges. daily ... done (1 on tablet, SP and 3 here)
Steps logged into FitBit ... done
Log food daily ... done
1200-1550 cal per day ...
Water: ... working on
Sleep today (last night) 24 hr.

    More sleep all at once than I have ever had! The longest I have slept is twelve hours and I felt bad afterward! emoticon
