Going to have to change the blogs titles soon. Lol day x is boring. But now I kinda want to write again. (I used to write alot.) It is a perfect morning for workouts. But I did not feel it this morning. So I made a deal with myself to "just go out and feed the birds" nothing more a 5 min outing at best. And so I did. Then I saw the beach (I live across the street from a small beach park) and I decided to walk over. From there I was "done". Lol. Did I "work out"? No. But I did walk for much longer than I realized and met my step goal before I was half way down the beach (tide was out). I may do my scheduled workout later, but I think I needed the "me" time to reflect. I have a renaissance fair I am helping to run happening in a few days and getting everything ready has left very little me time. I know I am not finished with my "que" (list of things I have to get done) but I know I will be soon.
