Ok so I am starting over. I am ok with that. Why is it always so hard to take off these pounds that were so easy to put on? I have put on my outlook calendar to post an update every day of my life so that I do not forget about this great tool that I am not using. I have this huge gala planned for my 40th birthday. I want to go to the grand cayon and do a 3 day 2 night white water rafting excursion, then I want to back pack for 2 days. Then I want to go to Sedona for 3 days, 1 day SPA, then 2 days golf. THEN I want to spend 2 nights in Vegas. Sounds great huh!!

Now I need to lose the weight to be able to do all of this comfortably. I cannot hike the grand canyon at the weight I am at now, nor will I be allowed in a boat at that weight. So here I am again, but I have been more active in the website than I have been in a long time.

I also have a cold right now so I am taking it easy with the exercise.
