My weight is currently in a holding pattern.
It is 10 lbs above my lowest weight achieved here on SP, and 20 lbs below the weight I originally started out at.
I am happy to say that I feel comfortable maintaining this weight, and I've been doing that for several months now.
These days I am focused on just holding this weight, and not gaining.
It is almost as if my body is establishing a new normal.
At some point, I will put in some more effort and begin to lose again.
My goal, though, may be very different than it was when I first began here.
Rather than choosing that ideal weight that I used to long for - another 30 lbs down - I will now go for what is sustainable and realistic for me -- maybe another 10 lbs only.
The final goal weight to be achieved seems less important now than the process I go through to achieve it.
Most important of all is that I eat healthfully and that I exercise regularly, and drink lots of water.
And that is happening.
