So wrapping up with 8 week of my running for weightloss app and transitioning to my Peloton app, because frankly, I'm hooked. Also, it's a nice break for my bum knee.
Mon: 60-min ride
Tue: 45-min ride intervals/arms
Wed: 75-min endurance ride
Thu: 20-advanced beginner & 30-min intervals/arms
Fri: 50-min low impact ride
Sat: mad stretching
Additional goal: get in a minimum of (3) walks on campus.
