Chapter 25, Day 95

After a healthy breakfast and all gung ho on healthy, my resolve weakened and I was into the snacks again. Undaunted, I will prevail today and salvage my day by finishing up under total allowable calories. One mishap will NOT determine my day.
My goals today:
1. Plan out the rest of my foods and track my day.
2. Get at least 10 fitness minutes in
3. Execute food plan, no snacking for the rest of the day unless it is on vegs
Got the rest of the day to manage total calories for the day.
Fed off the positive energy here on spark today.
Beautiful weather today.
Enjoyed some gardening early this morning....pink petunias are thriving and look so pretty!
