One week progress.

I have been back on Spark People for one week, and I am down exactly one pound.
This week was good. I was not starving or feeling deprived. My exercise level has been good, getting some form of exercise each day, and incorporating a variety of different forms of exercise including walking, swimming, elliptical, and stair-master.
I wish the process was faster, but I know that for me fast results are not permanent, and I want the long-term success!
The family went to pizza then watched a movie last night. I love the simple family times of summer!
