2017 Summer 5% Challenge

I'm excited to begin this challenge of losing 5% of my weight this summer. If you're interested: Here is the community: www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
Here's my workout plan:
Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Cardio at Gym: Monday/Wednesday for 30 minutes
Cardio Water Aerobics at Gym: Tuesday/Thursday 45 minutes
Strength Training at Gym: Monday/Wednesday 40 minutes
Walking or Cardio at Gym: Two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) 30 minutes
I will be eating around 2000 calories and not worrying about what the foods are, as long as I am staying under 2000. It's really easy for me to go over and I have already seen weight loss doing this. I will decrease calories as I see fit over the summer. I will increase the amount of fruits and veggies as well.
Small goals are what will get me there!
