Wahls diet protocol

I'm trying the Wahls diet protocol to try to eliminate inflammation and reduce the effects of the auto immune diseases I have..
The diet includes 6 cups of greens per day, 3 servings of brightly colored vegetables and 3 servings of high sulphur vegies like cauliflower, broccoli etc.
No dairy, no gluten, no eggs. That;s typical for me except lately I have been having cheese and some ice cream. These 'cheats' have to go!
