Alone in a small town

Wednesday, June 21, 2017

Today is my first entry into my new Sparks blog page.
Living in a small town really has its benefits.
Being alone is not one of them.
I'm making new friends, joined a church, working my new Mary Kay business and trying to make Life enjoyable as possible emoticon

March 2020 setting the Spark!
Starting to set that Spark again in many ways.
Started recording in spark again hoping to live a healthier life.
Joined a dating sight. In October it will be 5 yrs since Marc died and he did tell me I should find someone. The dating sight is unsuccessful thus far for I am getting rude comments from men that only want a booty call. Did connect with one gentleman that sought me out. We communicated for about a month then he Romantically Scammed me asking for money. I refused and thus ended the communication. Dating as a mature adult is hard!

Got a new pt job doing merchandising as it has only been a few days I seem to like it except for the lack of training and accessible supervisors and management. This is the way employment seems to be going now. No personal interview only on the phone or an internet video. No one on one or group training. You get a lot of paper or a web sight to learn from. No one to show you one on one in the field of work. I am a self starter however I like the old way better.

Wondering if this small town was by choice? .... Did you want to move there .... I have lived in both small and larger .... I am sure it is easier to find out what is going on social speaking so you can connect with other people. I once when in a very small place met a few gals (one at a time) and ended up having morning meets at my house for exercise or long outdoor walks weather permitting. What good things does the town have to offer? ........ And church may be one of them. Best wishes ...
