I am starting on my second week of tracking and I am sticking with it --- thanks to all of your encouragement! I was getting discouraged....yes I want instant results, don't we all?

I discovered a really delicious breakfast.

It is called "Overnight Oats" ---- I am probably joining the party late on this one and you have probably already heard of it, but new discovery to me.

It is made with oats and milk (almond or coconut) and fruit and nuts. In the case of the one I made last night, it had peanut butter mixed into the oats! OH so good!

I actually could not finish it all for breakfast, so I added grapes at lunch time and had the leftovers for lunch.

It is easy to make and quick to have in the morning.

    Nutritious - a good start to the day
    I think you eat it cold, don't you? Like yogurt with fixings except it is almond or coconut milk and fixings

    This always looks intriguing, but I never understand if you eat it cold? That sounds icky to me.... But if you heat it up, then why not just make the oatmeal in the morning? I don't understand! Help me understand the deal here!!
