I am doing okay just frustrated with my blood sugars lately. I have joined a gym and am doing weight training twice a week and yoga once a week. It seems like my morning sugar readings don't like me at all. I have cut back my snacking at night, but I can't eat fruit! I just want an apple sometimes. I don't keep chips or any snack food in the house because I know those are triggers for me. I will be seeing my doc the end of the month and I will have her set me up with a dietitian to make sure I am getting the nutrition I need and find out the calorie range that I need to work with. Carbs are hard for me so I will talk about that as well. I love returning to the gym and being in a group again. I am crocheting to keep my hands busy. I will see what happens at the end of the month.
