My Goals for the rest of this month (two weeks)

It's just this simple. While I was down south for the birth of my 8th grandchild, a little sweet girl, I stayed on my LCHF, Ketogenic way of eating. I got back on June 2nd and have let myself slip a little here and a little there, nothing big, but I lost 6 lbs in the 2 & 1/2 weeks I was down there at my daughter & son-in-law's. I am NOT going to let others foil my hard work. Just cause they want to eat foods that are not healthy doesn't mean I have to do that too!

Here are my goals for the remainder of this month.

1) Watch my carb intake.
2) Keep my net carbs under 20 a day.
3) Drink 9 + cups of water DAILY!
4) Get 30 + minutes walking daily!
5) Be Positive with my woe and not let others and their eating habits destroy my hard work of eating healthy!!!

That's all, just 5 simple habits. This is my life!
